The Agreement

The Transaction

Unfortunately, we are not able to honour sales for products priced incorrectly online. Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the product(s) or commencement of the services that you ordered from us. If your chosen products are in stock your order will be processed. We will deduct the price payable for your chosen products from your nominated credit card and we aim to dispatch your products within 21-28 days. Please allow up to 28 days in any event.

If an order is high risk, we have the right to ask you for further information or cancel the order. After this period of time, you have the option to cancel your order where we will refund the price you paid once we receive the returned item. Alternatively, we will extend the delivery time period. Should you request a refund, we will refund the same payment method used to take the order.

Returns must be sent back with a returns form including your order number, your name, product details and reason for return. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged. Returns must be packaged in waterproof packaging with the returns address clearly marked on the parcel, ！！！！！！！！！！！！！.shop does not refund packaging costs for the return. We request that customers do not tape, mark or write on product boxes or packaging. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a delay in processing your return. If you have not received a returns form with your order, please download a form from the delivery and returns section of the website.
Please note that any promotional items, whether won or received together with an original purchase do not qualify for a refund.
For items purchased that include a free promotional item and the item is returned for a refund, the customer is expected to return the promotional item together with the original item bought otherwise the retail price of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 we reserve the right to refuse a refund claim for reasons already stated in our terms and conditions.
The Delivery
You will become the owner of the goods upon delivery to you. The goods will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
If the goods are damaged or the delivery is incorrect as per the order, you must notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 30 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. In doing so, we will aim to make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair, at our option, any goods that are damaged or defective. We may refund you the whole or part of the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
